At Mon Étoile Beauty, we carefully prepare and ship every order to ensure it arrives safely, promptly, and beautifully.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

During product launches, promotions, or pre-orders, processing times may be slightly extended. Any significant delays will always be communicated clearly.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days (depending on destination and customs processing)

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.

Pre-Orders

If your order includes a pre-order item, the entire order will ship once the pre-order item becomes available.
Estimated shipping dates will be clearly stated on the product page at the time of purchase.

International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and are determined by local customs authorities.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Mon Étoile Beauty is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately before your order is processed.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Mon Étoile Beauty is not responsible for delays, loss, or theft caused by the carrier.

However, we are happy to assist you in tracking your package or filing a claim when applicable.
